Dr Ratwatte is a portfolio GP based in North London. He is a Clinical Research Fellow with the Barnet Primary Care Research Unit (PCRU) and holds clinical roles across both the NHS and the independent sector.
Alongside his clinical and research work, he has extensive experience in medical leadership and currently serves as Co-chair of the British Medical Association's London Regional Council and as an elected representative on the General Practitioners Committee (England).
His professional interests focus on cardiovascular health, preventative medicine, and the integration of evidence-based research and health technology to improve patient outcomes and transform primary care.
